Why or why not? I do not believe we should because it is cruel and harmful to those animals. These animals did nothing wrong and are being tested and going through multiple cruel procedures. There are other ways that you can test these products. And whats the worst in my opinion is that over half of these tests are being performed by cosmetic companies!
